Our Firm

Green Law Office is built on a family legacy. James’s father — a longtime Kentucky lawyer and former judge — remains a valued presence around the firm, and the standard it was built to uphold.

James M. Green Sr. — Attorney-at-Law
A longtime Kentucky attorney and former circuit court judge, James Sr. has practiced law since 1983. He continues to work with the firm on select matters, with James Jr. assisting on his cases.

James M. Green Jr.

James is a second-generation Louisville attorney. Before the law, he earned a physics degree from the University of Louisville and spent a decade running operations for local companies — creating hundreds of second-chance jobs and safe recovery housing along the way. That background shapes how he practices: practical, direct, and built around what actually works. He also owns and manages rental property across Louisville, which means when he handles a landlord-tenant, contract, or property matter, he has lived both sides of it.
